The 30th annual John Klonowski Memorial Scratch Singles is set for 9 a.m. Feb. 6 at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Entry fee is $110. Bowlers will roll a five-game qualifying block before the field is cut to the top 20 to begin three-game elimination matches according to seed.
The final five bowlers will bowl a stepladder finals format. First place will pay $1,600, including a free entry into next year’s tournament, based on a full field of 108 bowlers.

Testas claim Akron sweeper
AKRON — The husband and wife team of Frank and Mandi Testa stopped Ty McKinney and Ryan Ashby to claim honors during the Sunday Sweeper Doubles Series at Spins Bowl Akron.
The duo of Billy Allshouse and Don Check finished third. First place paid $500.
The Testas were the No. 1 seed in the 12-team field with 1,874 total pinfall, with Frank finishing with a 1,043 series and Mandi an 831.
The next doubles event is set for 6 p.m. Feb. 27 at Spins Bowl Akron.
College Bowl tourney set Jan. 15
College Bowl Tournaments will hold its next event, a singles tourney, at 10 a.m. Jan. 15 at AMF Hall of Fame Lanees.
Bowlers again roll four qualifying games before the field is cut for single-game matches based on number of entries.
Entry fee is $65, with first place paying $500 based on a field of 24 teams.
Bowlers must bowl in four tourney events to qualify for the group’s end-of-season tourney.

Junior-Senior event set
An over 50/under 50 doubles tourney is set for 9 a.m. Jan. 23 at Clutch Lanes in Cuyahoga Falls.
Entry fee is $200 per team, with each team having one bowler over age 50 and one under. First place will pay $3,000 based on 48 entries. The field is limited to 48 teams. There is a full field, but there is a waiting list at this point.
