JASPER, Ind. — PBA Hall of Famer Parker Bohn III compiled an 11-1 match-play record and rolled to the title during the PBA50 Greater Jasper Central-Midwest Open at Eastown Recreation Center on Sunday.
The 58-year-old Jackson, N.J., left-hander finished with 5,053 total pinfall, 171 pins ahead of runner-up Eugene McCune (4,882). McCune, a Munster, Ind., right-hander, finished with a 9-3 match-play mark.
Bohn received $1,500 for the victory in the 38-player field.
Decatur, Ill., right-hander Tom Adcock finished third with 4,749 and a 7-5 mark.
