50-50 DOUBLES AT CLUTCH
CUYAHOGA FALLS — Entries are at 27 teams for the Ohio Blasting Under 50-Over 50 Scratch Doubles is set for 9 a.m. March 19 at Clutch Lanes and Recreation Center.
Entry fee is $250 per team, with first place worth $4,000 based on 48 entries. Teams must have one player under age 50 and one player age 50 or older. Bowlers will bowl five qualifying games before the field is cut to the top eight for the semifinal round.

COLLEGE BOWL DOUBLES SET FEB. 10
CANTON — College Bowl Tournaments’ next event is a 50-50 doubles at 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Entry fee is $130, with one bowler under age 50 and the other age 50 or older. Both bowlers also may be age 50 and older.
Bowlers will roll four qualifying games on a house oil pattern before the field is cut to the top four teams for one-game elimination matches until a winner is determined. One out of 3.5 bowlers will cash, with first place being worth $940 based on 24 teams.

KLONOWSKI SET SUNDAY
CANTON — The 31st annual John Klonowski Memorial Scratch Singles tournament, Stark County’s largest scratch event, will be at 9 a.m. Feb. 5 at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Entry fee is $110, with bowlers rolling five qualifying games on a house oil pattern before the field is cut to the top 20 for rounds of three-game match play by seed. Winners advance to a second three-game match play round before the five finalists bowl in a single-game stepladder finals.
First place is worth $1,600 and a free entry to next year’s event based on a field of 106 players.
