LEAGUE NOTICE: NEOTL will hold annual draft May 20
NORTH CANTON — The Northeast Ohio Travel League will hold its annual league draft at 7 p.m. May 20 (Saturday) at Park Centre Lanes.
Those wishing to attend the NEOTL’s pre-draft showcase, it will begin at 6 p.m.
The league bowls between 8 and 9:30 p.m. on Thursdays for a 30-week season beginning Sept. 7, with a $25 weekly fee. There are 16 trio teams in the league, but that could change baed on a captains’ vote.
There is a $10 fee for the application. Pizza will be provided.

LEAGUE: Rocket Center to hold fund-raising league
BOWERSTON — Conotton Valley High School is giving adults and junior bowlers the opportunity to test its new Rocket Center Lanes through a Monday Sport Shot League that debuts June 5.
Bowlers will bowl four games each Monday over a 10-week period with total pinfall claiming the overall title. The fee is $100 for the league’s season, which is being used as a fund-raiser for the Rockets’ bowling program.
No food or drink will be permitted, with no alcohol or smoking permitted since the facility is on school property.

MEETING: Stark County USBC sets annual meeting
CANTON — The Stark County United States Bowling Congress will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. May 24 at Tugboats Party Room, located at Meadowlark Golf Course, 1211 39th St.
Election of officers and directors will be conducted during this meeting, with USBC Open and Women’s tournament prize money and awards being presented at that time.
Attendees must show their USBC membership card to sign in.
