PITTSBURGH — Cortez Schenck defeated Richard Teece to claim the third annual Tough Stuff Challenge at AMF Mount Lebanon Lanes.
The event drew 81 players with many PBA pros participating on their way to Delaware for a tour event.

STARK USBC TOURNEY SET
The Stark County USBC’s 103 annual Open and 91st Women’s handicap championships will be held at Park Centre Lanes in North Canton.
The women’s event will be held April 19-20 (team) and April 26-27 (doubles and singles). Entry fee is $20 per event per person, with a $2 optional events fee. Team entry is $100 (five-person teams).
The Open event is April 28 to May 3 (team) and May 5 to 10 (singles and doubles). Entry fee is $20 per event, $100 per team, with a $2 all events fee.

50-50 DOUBLES: The field is full with a waiting list begun for the Over 50-Under 50 Doubles, set for 9 a.m. April 21 at Clutch Lanes and Sports Center in Cuyahoga Falls. Entry fee is $250 per team, with first place paying $4,000, based on 36 entries. Bowlers will fill five qualifying games before the field is cut to the top eight for match play. PRACTICE WITH PROS: Clutch Lanes and Sports Center, in connection with the PBA Central Region PBA-PBA50 Doubles Central Open, will hold a Practice with the Pros at 7 pl./m. March 8 at Clutch Lanes. Entry is $30. The two-hour clinic gives bowlers the chance to bowl on the sport oil pattern used by the pros, while receiving instruction from them. For information, call (330) 928-3794.
COLLEGE BOWL TOURNAMENTS: The next College Bowl Tournaments event is a singles, set for 10 a.m. March 9 at AMF Hall of Fame. Entry fee is $65, with bowlers rolling four qualifying games before the field is cut to the top eight for match play. SENIOR DOUBLES: A senior doubles tournament, sponsored by Poling Painting, is set for 11 a.m. March 22 at Park Centre Lanes. The events is open to players age 50 or older and it is a handicap event, with handicap being based on 70 percent of 220 per player. Entry fee is $70 per team. MARCH MADNESS: The 11th annal March Madness tournament, sponsored by KreativeTouch Property Services, has a full field, but a waiting list has begun. The event is set for 9 a.m. March 3 at Clutch Lanes and Sports Center in Cuyahoga Falls. Entry fee is $100. The format will mirror the NCAA Basketball Tournament, with bowlers beginning with a three-game qualifying round. Bowlers will then be ranked in four divisions in the round of 64. Winners of two-game matches advance to the round of 32 with the same format to cut to subsequent rounds until the championship match. A $100 bonus will be awarded to the top seed in each division. DOUBLES EVENT: Valie Lanes in Jewett will be holding a doubles handicapped tournament, with shifts running weekends from March 1 through May 25. Teams can be male, female or mixed. Entry fee is $50 per team. Each team will bowl four games, dropping their lowest score and can enter as often as they like. See entry information below:
