
The Stark County High School Bowling Conference announced its player of the week for Thanksgiving week of the 2024-25 high school bowling season.
The honorees were Canton South’s Dylan Payne and Perry’s Kiele Poling. Here is information as provided by the conference:
DYLAN PAYNE
Jones, a senior, had a 410 series in the Wildcats’ season opener with games of 209 and 201 after finishing last season with a 145 average.

Poling, also a senior, shot a 269 as part of her 480 series during a win over United Local at Forest Lanes.

Here is our 11th weekly honor roll for the 2024-25 fall-winter bowling season.
We will attempt to stay caught up on milestone series and 300 games shot during the 2024-25 winter season.
During the 2023-24 season, we had 73 recorded 800 series in the five-county-area that were reported to us.
In addition, we will attempt to supply special recognition to bowlers who shot 300 games or women who recorded 700 series during the season. Below this list are forms that can be downloaded and either emailed to us at snierw@gmail.com or sent via text to 330-280-7504 once they are completed.
We are depending on the bowlers to supply this information so that we may recognize their accomplishments.
