H.S. Bowling: GlenOak’s Burns shoots 300; match results for Feb. 13

CANTON — GlenOak High School sophomore Braxton Burns rolled the second 300 game of the Stark County High School Bowling Conference season Thursday during a match against North Canton Hoover.

Burns, a right-hander, had 300 in Game 1 and followed with 248 for a 548 series as the Golden Eagles defeated Hoover 2,965-2,706.

Burns, in his second varsity season, is averaging 201.39 on the season. He joins Green senior right-hander Anthony Bordonaro with 300 games this season after seven were shot by boys last season.
