OFF TO COLLEGE

United Local High School senior Patrick Bryan will attend Thomas More (N.H.) for academics and bowling.

He plans on obtaining a bachelor of science in medicine to eventually attend medical school.

“I chose Thomas More university because of both the bowling team and academics are very strong here. I had heard a lot about the highly rated St. Elizabeth’s college of natural and health sciences. I’ve had a passion for this field for a long time and I’m excited to learn from the faculty that make up the outstanding program,” Bryan said in a Facebook message.

“I think my skills and learning style will be a great fit, too. I’ve had a job in the medical field and I believe the unique skill set I developed from that experience can translate well in the classroom and further help me develop later on in life.”
